Best customer service EVER
Best customer service EVER. Nimat swiftly resolved an issue with a faulty dress and had a new one sent out on next day delivery. Honestly, I’ve never known such attentive and great customer service, hard to come by with brands these days. Also did it all over Apple message so no waiting on the phone.
Bravo warehouse and Nimat, will certainly be using you again!

Minor issue - incomplete address
Had a minor issue with a delivery, part of my address (the key bit) was missing so Royal Mail had emailed to explain it was being returned to sender. Spoke with Liam, within 10 minutes he had sorted a new delivery with next day shopping FOC, he really has saved the day, someone needs to give that man a raise! Easy and super helpful customer service

I recently made 2 orders with warehouse and they sent them to my Billing address not my delivery, after 2 days wasting my time with them, they will not help in anyway, its there responsibility to see we're my orders are but of course they love blaming the customer, dreadful experience, I will never use warehouse again, they are a disgrace

Really bad Returns experience
I ordered online and had to return my item due to it not being suitable.
I received an email to say that they had my return and to expect my refund within 7 days.
7 days have now come and gone and I don’t have my money. Whenever I contact Warehouse via their message option, I get someone who tells me to “check my bank” or that my money has been refunded. I have contacted my bank who confirmed the money has in fact not been refunded and have now opened a dispute.
This is the first time I have ordered from Warehouse and it’s not something I’ll be doing again. I’ve returned my item well within the returns window and I still don’t have my refund? Customer service are extremely unhelpful too.

Had an issue with my returns as soon as I contacted pretty little thing I got speaking to a lady called madison who was lovely I got a reply back after a few hours and then later on that evening I got my full refund back very fast and helpful I'm so happy and love this site. Thanks again :-)

My orders always arrive insanely quick.
When I had issues with my order I used the apple message system to contact Customer Services and Victoria was massively helpful and responded within seconds to resolve the problem.
Will definitely continue to shop with Warehouse.

Mixed overall. Dresses arrived quite quickly and were well packaged and very pretty but dropped a star because they are all designed for women with flat chests. Having to send them all back because of that.

I had an issue with a faulty dress. I contacted warehouse customer services via the apple message option, which took out the faff and long delays. Monico assisted me with my issue and was able to order me a replacement. Fantastic customer service, thanks a million Monico!

I ordered 2 pairs of denim jeans
I ordered 2 pairs of denim jeans - one in pale wash, one in blue. Instead of pale wash, Warehouse sent me white denim with ugly desert scene in brown print all over. For the blue one, the dye was uneven -there are big splotches of darker blue dye glaring out from a dominantly lighter blue wash. I wrote to them to request they pay for my international shipping back to them as it's extremely unfair they sent me such lousy products/wrong products and then just expect me to either suck it up and throw my money away because these jeans cannot be worn or pay shipping for their mistake. Zero reply from them since 21 Jun and I'm now out of the return window because I was waiting for them to reply. Buyers beware! Don't waste your money!!
